Return policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 15 days for any full-priced items placed within the U.S. For all International orders, returns will be accepted and customer will be responsible for all shipping charges that may apply. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items. No exceptions.

The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and sanitary liner intact.

CIAMI’s Returns Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your full-price purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 15 days of receiving of your purchase.

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at CIAMI BALI's discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. CIAMI BALI cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at info@ciamibali.com.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns.  No Exchanges. No Exceptions.  Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.
