Further, the CiamiBali trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not manufactured or otherwise authorized in writing by CiamiBali, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers as to the source of the products.
CIAMIBALI.COM GIFT CARD AND E-GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The CiamiBali.com Gift Card ("Gift Card") and CiamiBali e-Gift Card ("e-Gift Card") can only be used online at LSPACE.com.
• Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Ciami Balie and its affiliates are not responsible for lost Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards will not be returnable or exchangeable for cash, except in states where required by law.
• Coupons and other discounts may not be used to purchase Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards.
• A Gift Card or e-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards.
• Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card or e-Gift Card will require a credit card for the balance due.
How to Obtain Your Balance
To obtain your balance on a LSPACE.com Gift Card or e-Gift Card, please email the CiamiBali Customer Service Team email at info@ciamibali.com. Please note that in most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.
I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?
Orders with Gift Certificates/Gift Cards as payment will be refunded back to a Digital Gift Card for your convenience. New Digital Gift Card codes will be emailed to your email address on file.
Expiration / Service Fees
CiamiBali.com Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.

By purchasing Gift Cards and/or e-Gift Cards, you are certifying and representing to CiamiBali. and its affiliates that the activities in connection with which the Gift Cards and/or e-Gift Cards will be used and comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the Terms and Conditions that govern the CiamiBali web site. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify CIAMI BALI. and its affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the Gift Cards, e-Gift Cards or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
